This policy applies only to paid consultations, verified reports, and other paid services booked through Kundali.One.
Once a paid consultation or report request is submitted, an astrologer's time is committed to reviewing your birth details and preparing your reading. Because this work begins promptly and is personalised to you, we are not able to offer refunds once an order is placed, including if you change your mind, are dissatisfied with an interpretation, or do not agree with a prediction. Astrological interpretation involves professional judgement, and disagreement with an interpretation is not grounds for a refund.
We will make this right, at our discretion, in the following situations:
In these cases, contact us within 7 days of payment with your order details, and we will investigate and make it right — typically by completing the missed order, correcting the charge, or issuing store credit, rather than a cash refund, unless the law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
If a report was prepared using birth details you entered incorrectly, this is not eligible for a refund. We will, however, recalculate it once with corrected details at no extra charge.
If you contact us to cancel before an astrologer has started reviewing your request, we will consider the request cancelled and, where a charge was already made, will treat it under the exceptions above rather than proceeding with a paid reading.
